The InFlightShop mail system supports multiple airline brands like Lufthansa, SWISS, and Austrian. Over time, it became complex and harder to navigate. I worked on improving the structure from a UX perspective. The challenge was to simplify the system, improve readability, and create consistency across different brands and campaign types.

We started by analyzing the existing templates and identifying where things felt inconsistent or overloaded. I simplified the content hierarchy, focusing on what users need to see first. Then I defined modular templates that could be reused across different campaigns while keeping a consistent structure.
